Known for its long-term vision, financial stability, and hands-on approach, the company is seeking a Fund Accountant to support the growth and performance of its investment operations.The role:We're seeking a capable and detail-oriented Fund Accountant to support the group's financial operations. The role spans investment, fund, and property accounting, providing exposure across multiple entities and asset structures. You'll work closely with the Finance Manager, property, and asset management teams contributing to high-quality reporting and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements for group entities
  • Manage general ledger integrity and transaction accuracy
  • Account for investment portfolios, funds, and distributions
  • Oversee property asset accounting (acquisitions, leasing, capital works, depreciation)
  • Perform intercompany and bank reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Liaise with auditors and support year-end processes
  • Identify and drive process improvements within finance systems

What are we looking for?

  • CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
  • 5+ years' experience in financial, fund, or property accounting
  • Exposure to Fund, investment, or asset-heavy industries
  • Strong technical knowledge of AASB / IFRS standards
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Pronto, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Highly detail-focused, proactive, and able to manage competing deadlines
