We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a JJ's Collections Officer, you will support our depot operations in the Victoria region - based from our modern Dandenong office.

You will be experienced, reliable and able to provide efficient day-to-day collections support to the team.

Working in a dynamic environment, you will have the ability to learn quickly, demonstrate a willingness to undertake any task at hand, and have excellent problem solving and time management skills.

We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.

This position is a permanent, full-time Monday to Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Debt collection
• High-Volume inbound/outbound calls
• Assisting with monitoring ledgers
• Accurate data entry
• Administration duties
• Ad hoc duties associated with being part of a dynamic and evolving company

ABOUT YOU

• Experience working in a similar role in Collections / Call Centre role
• Experiencein SAP/Ariba Supplier Network portal highly advantageous
• KPI and customer focused with the ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to work collaboratively in a small team
• Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office capability
• Excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail
• Demonstrate the ability to be a quick learner in a fast pace and varied role
• Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty and commitment
• Ability to learn new internal programs and technology
• Willingness to learn
• A commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard
