About our Educator Role

We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Cert 3/Diploma or studying towards Educator to join our educational team. This role requires an educator who possesses a happy, joyful demeanor along with the confidence to work in a team environment.

We will need a passionate, fun, creative, holistic Educator and Casual educators to joining our team.

  • Educator required at our Mudgeeraba service
  • Casual Educators required at our Robina and Mudgeeraba services

As a respected and highly valued member of our educational team, you will:

Assist in delivering a high-quality and tailored program using your advanced ideas, expertise, and inclusive approach.

Have knowledge of the NQS & EYLF, the confidence to follow the planning cycle for each child and to complete curriculum as required.

Build lasting and quality relationships with families and keep them updated on their little one's development via personal interactions and Storypark

About You

As the successful applicant, you will be an Educator or Lead Educator working with children in a happy environment, communicating with families, willing to do professional development to learn new skills and further your knowledge.

You will have the following:

  • You will be flexible with hours Monday - Friday.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Full First Aid and CPR certificates, inclusive of Asthma and Anaphylaxis
  • Current WWC/Blue Card
  • Current Child Protection training

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
