Essential:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent four-year teaching qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check (blue card)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard
  • Genuine passion for play-based, nature-based early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
  • Knowledge of nature pedagogy and outdoor learning approaches
