AFM Meatworks is a leading meat processing and distribution company located in Canning Vale, WA. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Chicken/Poultry & Red Meat Packer/Processor to join our team. The position involves packing and processing both chicken/poultry and red meat products, ensuring that all items are correctly weighed, packaged and labelled for distribution. You will be required to work from 5am starts, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Pack and process chicken/poultry and red meat products;
  • Ensure that all items are correctly weighed, packaged and labelled for distribution;
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the processing area;
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently;
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets;
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Ability to work from 5am starts, Monday to Friday;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong knowledge of meat cuts.
