The Role

We are seeking a capable and empathetic Support Worker to assist a participant in Rockhampton. This is an ongoing role providing approximately, with flexible scheduling to suit both the participant and support worker.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the participant with transport
  • Supporting the participant to engage in community activities and social participation
  • Ensuring safe travel and participation during outings
  • Collaborating with families and the Beyond Health Services team to support consistent community engagement

You are a patient, empathetic, and organised individual with:

  • Excellent communication and reliability
  • A friendly and non-judgmental approach
  • Access to a car and a valid driver's licence
