We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who's passionate about solving real problems, shaping scalable systems, and lifting the technical bar across teams. You'll work in a collaborative, high-performing environment where your code and your ideas make a genuine impact.

What you'll do
  • Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
  • Collaborate with BAs, QAs, DevOps, and Product to deliver high-quality, business-ready features
  • Mentor other engineers and set the standard for clean, testable, maintainable code
  • Drive platform modernisation by helping migrate legacy systems to modern architectures
  • Improve processes, automation, and team efficiency through smart technical decisions
  • Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and incident response
  • Promote responsible use of AI and new technologies within the engineering team
Requirements
  • Strong experience in software engineering with a modern tech stack (preferably .NET, C#, Web API, .NET Core)
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and automated testing
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable systems in a cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Solid understanding of design patterns, clean code, and architecture principles
  • Skilled at debugging, performance tuning, and improving system reliability
  • Comfortable mentoring others and working across disciplines to get things done
  • Practical mindset — progress over perfection
