Established in 1975, Tom Price and Sons (RTO4520) is a locally owned and operated registered training organisation based in Bunbury, WA. We specialise in delivering nationally recognised training and assessment for high risk work licences, as well as a wide range of non-high risk plant, equipment, and site safety inductions.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Trainers and Assessors to join our team. We currently have opportunities across two key areas:

  • Induction Trainer for Alcoa Alumina (Pinjarra Region)
  • General Trainer/Assessor (Bunbury/Pinjarra region)

This is a great opportunity for motivated trainers who are passionate about safety and quality training to join a supportive and professional team.

To be considered, you must hold:

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40110 with TAEASS502 & TAELLN411)
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights tickets (minimum)

Desirable:

  • Previous experience delivering training at Alcoa Alumina sites (For Induction trainer)
  • Safety training background
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Basic computer skills (PowerPoint, email, general admin)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Willingness to upskill and obtain further tickets as required
  • WorkSafe Assessor qualification (highly regarded)
