Trainer and Assessor

Established in 1975, Tom Price and Sons (RTO4520) is a locally owned and operated registered training organisation based in Bunbury, WA. We specialise in delivering nationally recognised training and assessment for high risk work licences, as well as a wide range of non-high risk plant, equipment, and site safety inductions.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking **experienced Trainers and Assessors** to join our team. We currently have opportunities across two key areas:

- **Induction Trainer for Alcoa Alumina**(Pinjarra Region)
- **General Trainer/Assessor** (Bunbury/Pinjarra region)

This is a great opportunity for motivated trainers who are passionate about safety and quality training to join a supportive and professional team.

**To be considered, you must hold**:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40110 with TAEASS502 & TAELLN411)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights tickets (minimum)

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience delivering training at Alcoa Alumina sites (For Induction trainer)
- Safety training background
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Willingness to upskill and obtain further tickets as required
- WorkSafe Assessor qualification (highly regarded)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
