At Deloitte, the mission of our Capital and Program Advisory team is to strategically transform and optimise the performance of Australia's asset-intensive industries. In response to strong client demand for our services, we are looking for top talent to join our team as Consultant level practitioners.
You are a highly motivated individual who:
Combines critical thinking with creativity to approach problem-solving in a unique way
Thrives in collaborative environments and has experience working in teams with a passion to develop others as well as self
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
Is not afraid of difficult problems and ambiguity
Has experience conducting analysis (e.g. desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents) and synthesising into digestible and insightful outputs (e.g. reports)
Brings a sense of curiosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideas
Prior consulting experience desirable, but not necessary
Industry experience in asset intensive industries desirable, but not necessary
