Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our Founder and team on real client engagement and strategy work.

This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consulting, client management, and digital transformation - even if you're just starting out. You will be responsible for attending client meetings, supporting follow-ups and action items, and assisting with client communications and pre-sales tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend client meetings and provide support with follow-ups and action items
  • Assist with client communications, slide decks, and pre-sales tasks
  • Undergo initial training in digital/cloud concepts
  • Learn on-the-job about business analysis, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

  • Based in Perth or open to remote or hybrid work, with rights to work in Australia
  • A recent business, IT, or communications graduate, or a career shifter
  • Interested in tech, consulting, or digital strategy
  • Not afraid to ask questions and eager to learn fast
