Water Servicing Coordinator
to join our team to continue this success. Reporting to the Utilities and WSC lead, you will be responsible for working on major Sydney Water developer works projects pertaining to the design of Sydney Water infrastructure for major transport, and community development projects. This role can be based in either Sydney or Wollongong and offers flexible work arrangements.
Our approach to community development consulting covers master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes. We activate urban downtowns, suburban centers, small towns, and rural areas—and the multimodal corridors that connect us to the places we work, live, and thrive.

Day To Day Tasks Would Involve
- Working with Sydney Waters Hydra and E-Developer system
- Working on projects from Application to Project Completion
- Working with clients to design innovative solutions to meet their needs and community expectations
- Data analysis, interpretation and assessment to achieve project goals
- Design coordination and submission of proposals ensuring relevant timeframes and budgets are met
- Attendance at project/client meetings and engaging in community consultation
- Undertaking field work and site inspections
Qualifications
To be successful for this role you'll need:
- Demonstrated at least 5 years' experience within a Water Servicing Coordinator role
- A demonstrated design background
- Previous experience in project management on Sydney Water projects
- Strong understanding of Sydney Water policies and procedures
- Previous experience with relevant computing packages including AutoCAD, and MS packages (Excel, Word, Project)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
