Marketing Specialist

Marketing Specialist required for a well-established Australian business "Contentious Character" located at Building 4, 1 Dairy Road, Fyshwick ACT 2609.

Duties include:

• Planning, developing and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support business sales objectives
• Advising business on advertising/marketing strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services
• Coordinating production of marketing campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production and media placement, within time and budget constraints
• Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences
• Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer wine trends
• Researching potential demand and market characteristics for wines and services and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information
• Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
• Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
• Advising on all elements of marketing for the business such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels

In Return for your commitment and skills, you will receive a competitive salary package ($80,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation) and receive ongoing training with the opportunity to develop your skills.

Applicants with formal qualifications Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and minimum 3 years of marketing experience will be prioritised. Position is available full time, 38 hours/week but applicant must be available for 7 days/week and willing to work odd hours (Weekend, late shifts & public holidays).
