About the Role

SPACARLING is seeking a motivated and experienced car detailer who can work independently and unsupervised. You'll be providing high-quality detailing services, including paint corrections and ceramic coatings, directly to clients in their homes or workplaces.

Option 1 — Casual Employee:

  • Paid hourly between $25–$35/hr (depending on skill and reliability).
  • All equipment and materials supplied.

Option 2 — Sub-Contractor (ABN):

  • Paid per job with agreed rates.
  • Must hold an ABN, public liability insurance, and provide own equipment/chemicals (or use SPACARLING equipment where arranged).

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform professional car detailing services, including all types of detailing, with the opportunity to learn polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coatings.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the owner.
  • Maintain a punctual and approachable attitude.

Requirements

  • Previous car detailing experience is proffered but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision, meet SPACARLING's quality standards.
  • Full open manual driver's licence is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A reliable and positive attitude.
  • Follow SPACARLING's process to achieve consistent results.
  • Happy to travel to each job location.
