Our Client: A government department has launched a major ICT improvement program focused on enhancing administration systems for overseas operations.

The Role: As Principal Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis and improvement of key management systems. This includes overseeing a technology upgrade to the core records and invoicing system, implementing a new admissions and agent management platform, and driving functional improvements across the suite of administration tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives by investigating, analysing, and documenting business processes and models within the management systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points, gather business requirements, and define desired outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and IT to align digital solutions with business strategies and technical feasibility.
  • Build expertise in the management systems suite to advise on best practices and innovative system use.
  • Perform other related duties as directed.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven ability to analyse complex processes and align system implementation with strategic goals.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in business analysis within ICT or management systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams to deliver impactful digital initiatives.
