Overview

Join to apply for the Principal Business Analyst role at eHealth Queensland.

Reporting to the PADP Project Manager within the Digitally Enabled Business Solutions unit, you will work closely with delivery teams, practice managers, support teams and subject matter experts to build a modern cloud-based business intelligence solution. This role supports a contemporary datastore environment and reporting and analytics solution for Queensland Health patient administration data to enable modernised healthcare processes and improved integrated care.

Responsibilities
  • Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels (Director, Data Manager, Team Lead, Clinicians and end users) to ensure a complete implicit understanding of the business.
  • Contribute to an effective customer-focused team and collaborate to initiate, influence, and maintain relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead conversations with key stakeholders to uncover the full scope of business needs and ensure considerations are addressed in the PADP BI solution.
  • Bridge the gap between technical capabilities and real-world clinical and administrative applications by translating data requirements into clear, practical solutions that support decision-making across Queensland Health.
What you will be doing

You will play a pivotal part in shaping the PADP business intelligence reporting and analytics solution, ensuring alignment with business needs and end-user requirements.
