About the Role
We are seeking a
passionate and patient-focused Audiologist
to join our growing hearing care team on a part time basis. In this role, you will deliver exceptional hearing care services while supporting our mission to provide a premium, holistic experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class patient care and enhance the overall customer experience
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments using a range of diagnostic techniques
- Assess, diagnose, and manage hearing health needs with evidence-based recommendations
- Prescribe, fit, and program hearing aids and ALDs using advanced technologies
- Communicate clearly and compassionately when explaining hearing aid options and outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and up-to-date clinical knowledge
- Demonstrate flexibility in appointment and diary management
- Support store operations by assisting with front-of-house tasks and troubleshooting when required
- Collaborate with ENT specialists, GPs, and other healthcare professionals
About You:
- Hold a current QP number and full membership of an Australian approved Professional Body (Audiology Australia/Australian College of Audiometry)
- Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for improving patient outcomes
- A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable team player
