With centres in seven metro and regional locations and a strong reputation for innovation in hearing health and listening therapies, they are now seeking a Professional Lead - Audiology to shape the future of hearing services across the state.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a senior Audiologist who blends technical depth with strategic thinking and a passion for workforce capability building. You'll guide clinical excellence while remaining hands-on with a small caseload.

What You'll Be Doing:

A strategic and clinical role that balances leadership with hands-on expertise. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development of clinical programs and frameworks to support best-practice audiology and hearing screening
  • Mentor and guide Audiologists across locations, ensuring high standards and continuous upskilling
  • Deliver targeted training and internal education for clinicians
  • Drive innovation in audiology care, technology use, and hearing implant programs
  • Contribute to service development, clinical governance and quality improvement
  • Maintain a small caseload (approx. 1 day per week) to remain clinically current
  • Represent audiology services across internal and external forums

What You'll Need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Audiology
  • Full membership with Audiology Australia (with Certified Practising status)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience, including paediatric and hearing implant exposure
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, education, and clinical development
  • Strong grasp of clinical governance and quality frameworks
  • Confident communicator with ability to influence and support teams
  • Current open driver's licence and ability to travel statewide (approx 2-3 times per year)
