Now's your chance to step into a leadership role as a full-time, permanent Travel Supervisor at our RAC Carousel Travel Centre.

Your role at a glance:

  • Lead and inspire a team of travel consultants to achieve sales and performance targets.

  • Provide active coaching, support, and mentoring to develop your team's expertise.

  • Drive exceptional customer experiences by ensuring professional travel advice and tailored solutions.

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including rostering, compliance, and process improvements.

  • Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Facilitate supplier-led training sessions to build product and destination knowledge.

  • Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and onboarding of new team members.

  • Resolve customer issues promptly in-store, always prioritising the member experience.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Extensive experience in selling international and domestic travel, including complex itineraries and cruise packages.

  • Previous experience managing a team in a retail travel environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop staff.

  • Excellent customer service skills, including complaint resolution and conflict management.

  • Proven sales ability with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Familiarity with Sabre (or similar booking systems) highly desirable.

  • Qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Management desirable; CLIA membership an advantage.

  • Availability to work occasional Saturdays as per a rotating roster.
