Your Role

You will play a key role in:

  • Collaborate with debt recovery operations teams to ensure policies, procedures, and work instructions are in place and followed
  • Develop and implement debt recovery strategies aligned with legal frameworks
  • Monitor overdue accounts and initiate appropriate recovery actions
  • Ensure compliance with the Commercial Agents and Private Inquiry Agents Act 2004 (NSW) and other state-specific regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting systems for audits and reviews
Your Profile

  • F NS30420 Certificate III in Mercantile Agents, including competencies in:

  • Debt collection and legal recovery

  • Locating individuals and serving legal process

  • Supporting individuals experiencing hardship

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills

  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
  • Familiarity with credit laws and financial regulations in Australia
