About the Role

You will play a key role in daily farm operations to support our mixed farming systems. Depending on experience, roles range from Farm Hand/Operator positions through to Senior Farm Hand/Operators, involving task coordination and mentoring of others.

Your duties will include:

• Operation of modern agricultural machinery
• Irrigated and dryland cropping activities
• Cattle husbandry and livestock handling
• General farm, machinery, and irrigation infrastructure maintenance
• Record keeping and compliance with safety and operational standards

What You'll Bring

• Practical experience in broadacre and/or livestock operations
• Confident operating tractors and large-scale machinery (seeders, sprayers, harvesters)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to grow skills across irrigation, cropping and livestock
• Ability to lead daily tasks and support others at senior levels
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
• Driver's Licence required; ChemCert and HR licence desirable
