Gladrock Transport/MEX  specialises in providing point to point , direct drive services to a vast array of National and Multi-National companies throughout Australia. We have depots in Rockhampton, Gladstone and  in Murrumba Downs on the Northside of Brisbane. Successful applicants will be joining a fast paced safety conscious team who values not only driver safety but safety in general. We have multiple positions available that would suit semi-retired  experienced drivers or people who are self starters ands motivated.

DIRECT DRIVE/HOTSHOT DRIVER

  • Previous applicants need not apply
  • Position based in Rockhampton
  • Applicant must live in the Rockhampton area.
  • Immediate Start
  • Must have previous Courier Driving Experience in vehicles from utes to B Double
  • Must have intimate knowledge of the Rockhampton, Central Queensland Coal Fields, North Queensland and Gladstone area.
  • Casual Hours
  • Must be reliable
  • Must be available at short notice and be able to travel away.

HR is essential.

Forklift licence is advantageous but not a requirement

Ability to work on mine sites and follow work site directions.

Will be required to load and unload vehicles, apply load restraints, follow directions and work autonomously.

Must be able to secure loads safely with chains and straps.
