Do you have a passion for the freshest Donuts and delivering amazing customer service? Galactic Donuts Townsville is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Retail Team Members to join our fun donut shop We are seeking a motivated and customer focused individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers with a warm, friendly attitude;
  • Taking orders and handling point of sale transactions and handling cash;
  • Preparing and serving donuts, coffee, and beverages;
  • Restocking and maintaining product displays;
  • Keeping the store clean, tidy, and welcoming;
  • Following food safety and hygiene standards;
  • Supporting your team to create a great customer experience;
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance at all times;
  • Flexible Hours Available: hours per week.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A positive attitude and great people skills;
  • Strong communication;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment;
  • Availability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays);
  • Previous retail, hospitality, or food service experience is a plus – but not essential;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • Reliable and punctual with a flexible availability;
  • Must be able to work unsupervised at times;
  • Early morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts are required based on the needs of the business;
  • Residing in close proximity to Thuringowa may be advantageous.
