Mount Lawley | Part-Time (15–25 hours/week)
We are currently seeking a People & Culture Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team at our Mount Lawley head office. This is a part-time role offering 15–25 hours per week, with flexibility around working days and hours within standard Monday–Friday office hours.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating recruitment processes and managing employee records for our team of Support Workers, who provide essential care and support to people with disabilities across a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including advertising, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and systems.
- Prepare contracts, letters of offer, and employment-related documentation.
- Monitor probation periods, fixed-term contracts, and other key employment milestones.
- Support training coordination and maintain training records.
- Assist with HR reporting and general People & Culture administrative tasks.
About You:
You have experience in both recruitment and administration – minimum 12 months.
You're able to quickly learn HR systems and software & confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook & Teams.
You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
You're motivated by meaningful work that supports the wellbeing and independence of others.
Desirable Experience
Experience with Employment Hero
Understanding of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (SCHADS)
Understanding of the Disability Framework or experience in the disability sector
