Disability Support Worker – Inclusive Solutions Australia Group (ISA)

About Us

Inclusive Solutions Australia Group (ISA) is a values-driven NDIS provider dedicated to supporting people with disability across South-East Queensland. We deliver supports in daily living, community access, education, training, and employment pathways, empowering people to build independence, meaningful skills, and strong community connections.

The participants we support live with invisible disabilities such as autism, psychosocial disabilities, intellectual impairments, and mental health conditions. We take pride in providing tailored, person-centred supports that respect choice and control while promoting safety, independence, and inclusion.

Our participants are at the heart of everything we do, and our workplace culture is built on respect, professionalism, and genuine care. ISA has recently completed its three-year NDIS re-registration audit, achieving a Rating Three outcome – the highest possible result – which reflects our commitment to quality, compliance, and safeguarding.

About the Role

We are searching for Disability Support Workers who want to make a real difference. Based in Logan and servicing South-East Queensland (including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, and Sunshine Coast), you will support participants with daily routines, skill development, employment support and community engagement.

This role is suited to qualified, professional support workers with experience in complex care environments, and especially those who understand or have contributed to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support participants to access the community, appointments, and activities
  • Assist with daily routines, personal care, and household tasks
  • Deliver supports across a 24/7 roster (mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights)
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with NDIS Practice Standards
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with participants, families, and colleagues
  • Encourage independence, social inclusion, and skill-building
  • Provide safe, responsive, and participant-centred support

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rates under the SCHADS Award
  • Regular, ongoing hours across a rotating roster
  • Professional development and training to grow your career
  • A supportive culture where your work is valued
  • Opportunities to expand into leadership and specialist practice areas

About You

  • Certificate III/IV in Disability, Community Services, Individual Support, or similar
  • Proven experience supporting people with disability, ideally with complex needs
  • Understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct and NDIS Practice Standards
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills for documentation, medication, and finances
  • Effective communication skills, including strong spoken and written English, to ensure clear documentation and safe, respectful interactions with participants and stakeholders
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Card, First Aid & CPR, Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Availability for a minimum of three days per week with flexibility across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends to meet participant needs
  • Experience with behaviour support or restricted practices highly regarded
  • Compassionate, resilient, and committed to participant rights and independence

At ISA, you're not just another worker on the roster – you're part of a values-driven organisation that's serious about quality, compliance, and genuine participant outcomes. Our team is collaborative, family-friendly, and focused on making ISA one of the most trusted providers in the sector.
