Massage Therapist – Ayurvedic Wellness Center (Full-time, Part-time or Casual)

Are you a passionate and experienced massage therapist looking to work in a holistic and supportive environment? Vibrant Ayurveda is seeking full-time, part-time, or casual Massage Therapists to join our dedicated team at our wellness centers in West End and the Gold Coast.

We are one of the leading Ayurvedic clinics in Australia, providing comprehensive natural health care through Ayurvedic medicine, detox therapies, and remedial massage. Our clinics are vibrant, busy, and focused on genuine healing and wellness.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality therapeutic and remedial massage treatments tailored to individual client needs.
  • Apply a variety of massage techniques to support sports performance, relieve muscle tension, and promote relaxation.
  • Assess soft tissue dysfunction and provide rehabilitation advice.
  • Ensure a high standard of hygiene, professionalism, and client care at all times.
  • Educate clients about treatment methods, post-treatment care, and wellness practices.
  • Adjust massage techniques based on client feedback and physical response.
  • Comply with clinic protocols and maintain accurate treatment records.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Remedial Massage / Natural Therapies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a remedial massage therapist.
  • Experience in an Ayurvedic clinic or interest in Ayurvedic principles is highly desirable.
  • Additional training in naturopathic or complementary therapies (acupressure, hydrotherapy, hot stone massage, mud therapy) is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and client service skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience) + Superannuation.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts
  • Location: In-person at West End QLD 4101 and/or Gold Coast
  • Commute/Relocation: Must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate prior to starting.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years massage experience (preferred)
  • Valid Driver Licence (preferred)
  • Full working rights in Australia
