We're on the lookout for enthusiastic school leavers to join our 2026 Apprenticeship Program, kicking off in January at our Sunshine Coast Workshop (Forest Glen). You'll work alongside seasoned tradespeople and gain a nationally recognised qualification — all while getting paid

What can I expect as an Apprentice with Shadforth?

What You'll Need To Bring

  • Genuine interest in pursuing a Trade with Shadforth
  • Commitment to structured, classroom-based, and on-the-job field training
  • Hold a Construction Industry White Card
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills
  • Hold current manual Drivers Licence with reliable transport
  • Ability to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks with some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
  • Completed Year 12 (preferred but not essential)
