As our Community Engagement Officer, you'll be the friendly face and voice behind our outreach efforts. From buzzing community events to scroll-stopping social media, you'll help bring TIO's services to life, making them more accessible, inclusive, and engaging for everyone.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating community events, webinars, and outreach activities (yes, there's travel and yes, it's fun)

  • Creating engaging outreach social media content and managing online communities

  • Supporting digital outreach and building partnerships that matter

  • Managing event logistics, from venues to merch

  • Writing, editing, and proofreading content for diverse audiences

  • Assisting with campaign planning, reporting and marketing insights

  • Contributing to publications, web content and awareness campaigns

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in customer service, events, or community outreach

  • A natural connector with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of an organization

  • Social media savvy and confident with digital tools

  • Comfortable with platforms like Dynamics 365, Canva, Zoom, and Office 365

  • A flair for plain language and communicating with clarity and heart

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a love for making things happen

Bonus points if you've got a qualification in Community Services or a related field
