Business Manager - Automotive Direct Lending Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer centric superstar to join our team of passionate likeminded professionals. With your experience and talent in lending and sales you will be able to exceed KPI's while using multiple technology platforms and achieving the highest level of customer service for our guests.

This role isn't just about selling, it's about genuinely exceeding our guest's expectations.

What are you going to do?

  • You will be offering unique tailored financial solutions for our guest's consumer and commercial automotive needs from end to end.
  • Your role exists to make our customer's lives easier. Whether a customer is buying their first car or their fifth car, you will be there to deliver the right solutions at the right time.
  • You will work face to face with customers to steer lending conversations with confidence, utilising your complete understanding of our products, processes and policies to good use by proactively identifying solutions for their financial needs.

What do you need to have?

  • We are looking for someone who will put our customers at the heart of everything they do.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining rewarding relationships.
  • Previous experience in a fast pace lending sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a high attention to detail in all that you do.
  • Enthusiasm and drive to succeed and continue to grow and further your career.
