What you'll do:
- Provide advice on general HR matters including performance, terminations, and HR legislation
- Interpret and advise on Modern Award queries
- Generate contracts and manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Assist with ad hoc projects as required
- Review and update HR policies regularly
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders
What you bring:
- Proven HR generalist experience within a corporate environment is essential
- Knowledge of Modern Awards is desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills are required
- A proactive approach and good time management skills are necessary
- Previous experience in an HR Admin or HR Coordinator role is required
- A highly motivated attitude with a willingness to be mentored and developed
