About the Warehouse Assistant Position

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Beerwah, QLD. You will be responsible for overseeing and performing all daily warehouse functions in a self-managing position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient and accurate picking and packing of purchase orders
  • Ensuring accessibility and organisation of stock for picking (+ general upkeep)
  • Handling stock movement within the warehouses utilising forklifts, manual, and electric pallet jacks (including loading/unloading vehicles and containers)

Additionally, this role presents the opportunity for cross-training in other Warehouse Operation functions such as procurement, logistics and inventory management.

Skills & Experience

A valid forklift license & warehouse experience are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in electronic/computer-based systems (experience in Cin7 is helpful, though not essential)
  • Ability to take direction/upskill, and excel in both team and autonomous settings
  • Physical capability to undertake manual labour consistently, including lifting and pushing trolleys during a 3-8-hour shift
  • A customer service-oriented approach to tasks, ensuring exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and the ability to self-manage

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday (8 am start).
