THE OPPORTUNITY

Step into a well-established and expanding industrial services provider, known for delivering high-quality install and maintenance solutions across a wide range of industrial equipment. With strong demand for new projects and steady service work, they're now seeking skilled electricians to join their Sydney team.

YOUR ROLE

This role blends installation projects with service work across diverse industrial environments. You'll be hands-on, working independently across client sites, and applying your skills to keep critical equipment running at its best.

Install, wire and commission new industrial equipment and systems

Perform maintenance, repairs and fault-finding on electro-mechanical plant

Work across varied assets - conveyors, HVAC, generators, boilers, processing equipment & more

Mix of project installs + service work, with overtime opportunities available

Autonomy and trust - no unnecessary office time, just tools-on-site work where it counts

WHAT'S ON OFFER

$55-$60 per hour + Super + Fully Maintained Ute + Overtime Rates = $150K+ OTE

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Qualified Electrician (Full Electrical Licence essential)

Hands-on experience across industrial or electro-mechanical systems

Exposure to conveyors, generators, HVAC, boilers, processing equipment, or similar machinery

Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills

Independent, reliable and organised, with customer service confidence
