We are a strong and busy community pharmacy with fantastic local support. Located next to the post office along Scarborough Beach Road. Our team are experienced and tend to stick around because of our work environment and supportive management team.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to provide outstanding leadership to our team so we can continue to deliver our healthcare and customer service vision.

In this role you will deliver the following:

- Ensure every customer receives the best service experience
- Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy including purchase budgets, ordering stock, merchandising and achieving sales targets

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday each week.

What we are looking for
- Demonstrate a positive and consultative leadership style
- Strong understanding of sales
- Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
- Experience in pharmacy is highly desirable
