RECEPTION

Join our friendly family based agency located in the great coastal suburb of Scarborough and surrounds.

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist/Sales Administrator with a positive attitude

Take home vehicle and fuel provided

Key Responsibilities

  • Be our face and voice of the office and carry out general reception duties to assist both Property Management and Sales team
  • Data entry and processing of accounts
  • Assist sales agents daily — data input, client communications
  • Monitor deadlines, and ensure things progress on schedule where needed

What we are looking for

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn software. Knowledge of Vault RE and PropertyTree is a bonau

  • A team player
  • Current driver's license
  • Knowledge of real sestet sales or property management would be an advantage
