The Opportunity

We have experienced rapid growth and due to market demand are looking at the next phase of growing our dynamic team. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our established exhibitions and events team, specialising in signage.

This is a key role where you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships across nationwide exhibitions and events, providing expert signage solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the events industry, excellent organisational skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach to work.

Your Experience

  • Extensive experience in the signage and large-format printing industry
  • A professional, outgoing and friendly demeanor, with a strong team orientation.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding personal sales targets.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel regularly interstate, work on-site, on weekends and after hours when required.
  • You must have the right to live and work in Australia.
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    : Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing expert guidance on their signage and branding needs.
  • Sales Leadership
    : Lead and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Project Estimation & Management
    : Oversee and estimate custom signage projects, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • On-Site Oversight
    : Take responsibility for the smooth installation and delivery of signage at events, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Target Achievement
    : Consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and company.
  • Administrative Excellence
    : Manage key event-related administrative tasks, including planning meetings, artwork collection and the completion of site folders.
