Join Vonage and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide
As Vonage continues to grow its footprint in the Unified Communications (UCaaS) and Contact Centre (CCaaS) markets, we are seeking a high-performing Account Manager to drive growth within a defined portfolio of accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in SaaS sales who is passionate about helping organisations modernise their communications infrastructure across multiple business units.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager at Vonage, you'll be responsible for shaping the go-to-market approach within your assigned accounts. Your mission is to drive adoption of our UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, delivering measurable value to clients while helping them transform how they connect with customers and teams. You'll be working with cross-functional stakeholders and partners to unlock new revenue opportunities and build long-term strategic relationships. Your book of business is yours to build upon through creating cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a clear sales strategy to grow revenue within accounts
  • Drive adoption of Vonage's UCaaS and CCaaS platforms by aligning to customer business goals
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across IT, operations, and customer experience functions
  • Demonstrate a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Deliver clear and compelling value propositions tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing) to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Work with channel and Alliance partners to expand reach and scale customer impact
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets

Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or cloud-based sales with a strong understanding of building existing accounts
  • Proven success in selling to C-level executives and managing complex accounts
  • Ability to easily manage multiple accounts ranging from 15K ARR to over 300K ARR
  • Direct enterprise tech sales experience, ideally in UCaaS, CCaaS, or related SaaS.
  • Experience navigating matrixed organisations and building stakeholder alignment across departments
  • A consultative sales approach with a focus on long-term customer value

There's no perfect candidate.
You don't need all the preferred qualifications to make a valuable impact on our team. Our employees and customers come from diverse backgrounds, so if you're passionate about what you could achieve at Vonage, we'd love to hear from you.
