Your new role

As the APAC Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will report to the APAC CFO. You will manage and lead the APAC Region for all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting and provide analytical and commercial support in the financial decision-making process. Working with a large finance team, you will have 4 direct reports.

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting and analysis across the APAC region, including rolling forecasts, business plans, and strategic planning
  • Own P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting by brand for actuals, budgets, and forecasts
  • Track and report KPIs and key financial trends
  • Deliver variance analysis and commentary across actuals, forecasts, budgets, and prior year to local and global stakeholders
  • Partner with senior leadership and finance teams to shape strategy and business direction
  • Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
  • Support project managers with financial modelling and business case development, including NPVs
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and schedules for corporate reporting
  • Manage location-level P&L reporting, treasury compliance, cash flow planning, and external funding
  • Oversee staff cost allocations and intercompany charges
  • Handle ad hoc reporting and strategic projects as needed

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll bring strong cash management skills and experience in treasury operations, including working with external funding partners and ensuring compliance and governance. Ideally, you'll have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, with exposure to large or global organisations highly regarded.
