What You'll Be Doing Daily

Here's a brief breakdown of your responsibilities in this role:

• Responding to incoming phone calls with a calm, confident, and customer-focused approach.
• Managing email enquiries with clear, helpful, and timely communication.
• Preparing accurate sales quotations and following them up
• Processing customer orders efficiently
• Checking stock availability, shipment status, and lead times to keep customers fully informed.
• Supporting customers by resolving concerns and guiding them through solutions.
• Identifying genuine opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records to ensure smooth operations and reliable data.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the customer experience is seamless from start to finish.
• Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with your dedicated customer base, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

What We're Looking For

Skills, experience, and outlook:

• Has previous customer service experience, especially phone-based, you're the smooth talker with a reliable phone voice.
• Builds relationships easily, you're basically the "customer whisperer."
• Can juggle tasks without dropping the ball
• Solves problems instead of staring at them.
• Has detective-level attention to detail.
• Works independently without needing someone to tap you on the shoulder every 10 minutes.
