We are a successful long-established privately owned Australian property development advisory company working with blue-chip clients, providing project creation, development direction, and delivery services with multi-state presence including Queensland and Victoria, with predominant focus on Geelong.

The Role

Reporting to the Director, you are a senior development manager or development manager looking to make the next step in your career.

This position will play a key role in planning, execution and delivery of project vision for a multi-year/hectare/precinct/staged mixed-use project encompassing retail, LFR, commercial and industrial.

Desired Candidate

  • Tertiary qualifications in a property industry related discipline are essential
  • Significant experience with development of retail, commercial and industrial property
  • Experience in growth areas
  • Experience with masterplanned, multi-hectare/precinct/staged developments encompassing subdivision and built-form
  • Astute stakeholder management including local and state governments, community, tenants, end users and purchasers.
  • Skilled with negotiation of formal legal documentation including AFLs, leases. sale documents and authority agreements
  • Ability to read technical documents including survey, geotechnical, civil, architectural, structural, and MEFL services drawings
  • Advanced skills on Estatemaster, Excel, MS Project or equivalent, PPT, Word and PDF
  • Positive mindset, inquisitive, collaborative and decisive
  • A variety of skills levels will be considered; both DM's stepping up and more established SDM's with the proactive nature required to be successful in this role.
