Role Description

These is a full-time on-site role for Leading Hand, LV and HD Fitters located in Western Australia, Australia. The Leading Hand will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising teams, conducting site inspections, ensuring construction safety, and maintaining machinery. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with management, communicating with team members, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in conducting Inspections and ensuring Construction Safety
  • Understanding and compliance with safety regulations
  • Ability to work on-site in Western Australia
  • Previous experience in the mining or construction industry is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in supervision, safety, or machinery maintenance
