The Position
The position is responsible for coordinating the maintenance and development of high profile landscape areas within AlburyCity.
- Working 38 hours per week with a fortnightly RDO
- Look after the high profile areas of AlburyCity
- Come and work for an engaging and dynamic team

Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Certificate IV in a Horticultural discipline and/or extensive relevant industry experience
- Construction Induction Card
- Class C (Standard) Driver's Licence (compulsory to have and maintain)
- Demonstrated industry experience in landscape maintenance and construction activities, turf management and irrigation maintenance and leading a multidisciplinary team
- Undertake all employee management activities relevant to the role, including; recruitment, performance management/reviews, employee development, disciplinary action, rostering and timesheets, as well as ensuring a high level of employee motivation and team harmony.
- Ensure the effective coordination of landscape maintenance programs.
- Undertake soil and water, plant nutrition and pests and disease management.
- Coordinate all resources, including staff and tasks to complete assigned works.
- Engage and manage contractors.
- Monitor and report on financial performance.
Hours
Based on a 38-hour week, with actual days and times being Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity's RDO guidelines. These times may vary due to operational requirements and will be determined by the supervisor.
