We're looking for a passionate Case Manager - Part-time Contract | SCHADS Level 5

Are you someone who believes every young person deserves the chance to thrive, no matter the circumstances?

We're seeking a values-driven Case Manager to join our Youth Support Services team on a 2-day-per-week contract (immediate start through to August/September).

The Role
Working with young people aged 8-21 years, you'll provide targeted, person-centred interventions that are flexible, trauma-informed, and holistic. This role focuses on improving outcomes in four key areas:

  • Stronger connections with family and community

  • Engagement in education, training, or employment

  • Safety, wellbeing, and violence-free lives

  • Access to safe, stable housing

You'll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to empowering young people facing complex life challenges-helping them to reframe their future and realise their potential.

Pay Rate: SCHADS Award Level 5 - $61.60 per hour
Location: Based within the Youth and Family Services team Logan
Start: ASAP until August/September 2025
Days: 2 days per week

What you bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, or similar

  • Experience working with "at risk" youth using case management frameworks

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and advocacy skills

  • Current driver's licence and Blue Card
