Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Beauty Therapist who is honest, punctual, and demonstrates excellent attention to detail and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the beauty industry and a natural ability to build trusting, long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of professional beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, tinting, massage, and body treatments.
  • Work independently in your own treatment room, ensuring a professional and relaxing environment for each client.
  • Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable treatments and home care products.
  • Deliver each treatment with precision, care, and attention to detail.
  • Provide honest, professional advice and ensure transparency in all client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and professional presentation at all times.
  • Manage bookings efficiently to ensure punctual and well-organized services.
  • Contribute to a friendly, supportive, and motivated team environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification).

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $24.95 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
