Are you seeking an opportunity to develop a specialty in palliative care? We have the perfect opportunity at BlueCare. With a strong centralised clinical structure in place and a rapidly growing team, you can expect seamless support and mentoring in the provision of high-quality end-of-life care to clients and their families. We are currently looking for a Clinical Nurse to join our team in Toowoomba.
In line with our core belief that every Queenslander deserves the highest standard of palliative care within the comfort of their own home. You will be primarily based in Toowoomba with the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care to our clients in times of greatest needs by providing them with our unwavering support in:
- Assess, plan and implement client care within service delivery model 
- Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs 
- Support and educate family members to ensure the quality of care is delivered 
- Working collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team member 
What makes a difference for us?
- Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate in the employing State. 
- Flexibility to undertake diverse travel assignments of varying durations. 
- Hold a Bachelor of Nursing degree or an equivalent qualification. 
- Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience. 
- Prior experience or ongoing pursuit of qualifications in palliative care, pain management, or acute care is highly valued. 
- Demonstrated aptitude in effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders to address care requirements. 
- Possess a current driver's license and the confidence to navigate rural and remote areas of Queensland.
