We are seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Analyst to join our analytics and technology division.

About the Role

The Associate Analyst will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and analysing data to support business decisions, improve efficiency, and enhance client outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data systems, and experience in reporting and business analysis within an IT or consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and performance reports.
• Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking for business units.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define reporting needs.
• Support project teams with data modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and performance tracking.
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimisation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data extraction and transformation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
