We're a busy, community-focused Martial Arts School with two thriving locations (Seven Hills & Dural), and we're on the hunt for a confident, organised, and energetic Front of House / Admin professional to join our growing team

This is a part-time position outside of standard business hours. This is perfect for someone looking to build a career in the fitness industry while enjoying work-life balance.

Opening Hours:

  • Weekdays: 3:00pm – 7:30pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am – 1:30pm
  • Sunday: 8:30am – 11:45am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting all of our students
  • Answering calls and handling enquiries
  • Keep reception and materials organised and ready for classes
  • Manage stock levels for merchandise, snacks, and drinks
  • Make sales calls and follow up leads
  • Create and post engaging social media content (posts & stories)
  • Process payments and assist with new member sign-ups

  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Can work independently and show initiative
  • Are reliable, punctual, and take pride in your presentation
  • Hold a valid driver's licence and have regular access to a car
  • Are flexible to occasionally cover additional shifts
