Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a High-End Jewelry Client Advisor located in Sydney, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Client Advisor will interact with clients, provide exceptional customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist with jewelry insurance matters. Daily tasks include client consultations, communication, facilitating transactions, and maintaining detailed client records.

Qualifications

  • Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Jewelry Insurance matters
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in relevant fields is an advantage
