About the role:
Reporting to the Information Management Coordinator, you'll ensure the effective management and maintenance of the City's information systems, including TechnologyOne, our Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS), while organising the daily activities of the Information Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a supervisory role, enjoys streamlining digital processes, and is passionate about supporting efficient, secure, and compliant information governance.
This is a Part Time position working 30.4 hours per week. Ideally you will work Monday to Thursday, however an alternative arrangement may be considered if requested.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and deliver information system projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Maintain system security, manage user permissions, and provide technical support.
- Organise the Information Management Officers to ensure high service standards are achieved.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to staff on information and records management practices.
- Support the development and implementation of the City's Recordkeeping Plan and PRIS compliance initiatives.
What you'll bring to the role:
We are looking for someone who brings a mix of technical expertise, leadership capability, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate:
- 3–5 years' experience in the operation and support of an enterprise-wide EDRMS.
- Strong knowledge of information management principles and recordkeeping legislation.
- Experience delivering system improvements and leading technical projects.
- Proven team leadership and training capability.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
