The Role:

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Sales Associate to join our vibrant team at Coach Outlet Homebush DFO. You will be a key brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through your product knowledge and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and brand initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury retail preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for fashion and the Coach brand
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • FT roster Tuesday to Saturday (37.5 hours per week).
