Reporting to the Product Owner Digital Housing Pipeline, you will assist in the coordination of the NSW Digital Housing Pipeline project, providing support the development of a centralised, real time 3D dataset tracking housing progression across NSW.
Your day-to-day
- Provide day-to-day support and coordination across the Digital Housing Pipeline team.
- Support junior officers in undertaking quality assurance and plan investigation of digitised files.
- Partake in Agile project methodology to support the delivery of key project milestones.
- Work closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, Engineer and Quality Assurance Officers to define project timeframes and initiatives.
- Communicate and support external service providers responsible for digitisation of plans, supplying technical advice, project updates, feedback and reporting on the capture and digitisation of housing plans.
- Collaborate with customers (Internal and external) and stakeholders including Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, other key State Government agencies, and service providers.
- Work closely with Spatial Services Business Technology Team to support development and integration of new services.
- Collaborate with other cadastral teams including Property Development Pipeline, Cadastral Maintenance and Cadastral Development teams.
- Identify opportunities for project enhancements to realise greater benefits and uptake of services.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant qualifications and/or substantial knowledge of and demonstrated experience in spatial information management.
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to both a changing environment as well as priorities.
- The ability to solve problems and collaborate with others toward a common vision.
- Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in spatial information management.

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $113574 base plus superannuation
